Description
The yellowtail snapper is a fish commonly found in Atlantic waters. very similar to the red snapper, some consider yellowtail snapper the best eating snapper because it’s light, flaky meat.
Storage
We recommend fresh fish to be consumed straight away, or within 3 days. Store in your refrigerator and pack with ice if possible.
To freeze: place the fish straight in the freezer upon delivery and consume within 3 months.
