Description
Grouper fish is a deep seawater fish. It is vastly found in warm waters and a Mediterranean favourite. Grouper fishes are usually either green or brown in colour with a fantastic look. A delicate fish with a flaky texture and sweet taste.
Storage
We recommend fresh fish to be consumed straight away, or within 3 days. Store in your refrigerator and pack with ice if possible.
To freeze: place the fish straight in the freezer upon delivery and consume within 3 months.
