Turbot is another flat fish commonly used as truffles in the capital (London) by many of the high end restaurants. This fish has a firm and succulent white flesh. The Fresh turbot fillets are perfect for any method of cooking, from baking, steaming and roasting to frying making it perfect addition to your BBQ.
Storage
We recommend fresh fish to be consumed straight away, or within 3 days. Store in your refrigerator and pack with ice if possible.
To freeze: place the fish straight in the freezer upon delivery and consume within 3 months.
