the salmon is one of the most famous fish and the country’s favourite fish. ours is caught fresh from Scotland. we always look to supply the best salmon so it can be used in sushi and other famous meals. salmon is also commonly used by many gym enthusiasts. Salmon has a pinkish-orange to light pink colour. the salmon fish is rich in omega 3. the fish will be served to preference as a whole or filleted or as steak pieces, on average the fish weight is 2kg-3kg
Storage
We recommend fresh fish to be consumed straight away, or within 3 days. Store in your refrigerator and pack with ice if possible.
To freeze: place the fish straight in the freezer upon delivery and consume within 3 months.
