Description
Silver pomfret is a saltwater fish found in the Indian ocean and well known around Asia. Many class it as a delicacy. An easy fish to cook. Great to steam due to its unique bone structure allowing the meat to separate easily, perfect for the oven as well.
Storage
We recommend fresh fish to be consumed straight away, or within 3 days. Store in your refrigerator and pack with ice if possible.
To freeze: place the fish straight in the freezer upon delivery and consume within 3 months.
