Rawas popularly known as the Indian Salmon, is one of the most popular fishes in India. Rawas is found in many parts of India and is a big favourite among chefs for its succulent white meat and great taste. It is famous for its delicious taste and firm texture, perfect for a fish curry or shallow fry.
Storage
We recommend fresh fish to be consumed straight away, or within 3 days. Store in your refrigerator and pack with ice if possible.
To freeze: place the fish straight in the freezer upon delivery and consume within 3 months.
