Gold Snappers are a Deepwater fish inhabiting tropical and sub-tropical waters. Its firm texture makes it perfect to fry and grill.
Storage
We recommend fresh fish to be consumed straight away, or within 3 days. Store in your refrigerator and pack with ice if possible.
To freeze: place the fish straight in the freezer upon delivery and consume within 3 months.
