Our cod is a local cold water Scottish fish mainly used for the country’s famous fish and chips its delicate and it has white meat and this is served as a cod top that has been pin boned and being a nice thick piece
Storage
We recommend fresh fish to be consumed straight away, or within 3 days. Store in your refrigerator and pack with ice if possible.
To freeze: place the fish straight in the freezer upon delivery and consume within 3 months.
