Description
Barramundi is an extremely tasty fish, once you have it you would most definitely crave it again. A very famous fish in Asia, known as guryu in gujarati which means sweet. It has a succulent and meaty texture offering a silky mouthfeel once cooked.
Storage
We recommend fresh fish to be consumed straight away, or within 3 days. Store in your refrigerator and pack with ice if possible.
To freeze: place the fish straight in the freezer upon delivery and consume within 3 months.
