Description
Whiting, finding itself a part of the haddock family, tasting very similar and also looking like Haddock. Very rarely found above 1.5kg. It is light, firm, sweet and delicate but can turn mushy if cooked too slowly.
Storage
We recommend fresh fish to be consumed straight away, or within 3 days. Store in your refrigerator and pack with ice if possible.
To freeze: place the fish straight in the freezer upon delivery and consume within 3 months.
